Video Viewing Help
If you're having problems viewing the video (such as choppy playback or audio/video starts and stops), make sure you:
  1. Have a high speed internet connection (DSL, cable, corporate LAN)
  2. Have the latest version of Windows Media Player (WMP) for your operating system
You should have Windows Media Player 9 for Windows 98, Me, and 2000, or Windows Media Player 10 for XP. If you still can't view the video, try the lower (medium) quality version of the video available via a link below. If, after trying all of the above, you still have choppy playback or errors, download the video to your computer and play it from your computer instead of through an internet link. Follow the following instructions:
  1. Right-click here.
  2. Choose "Save Target As..." (or similar for your operating system). This will save the entire video to your local hard drive.
  3. After the download is complete, either choose "Open" from the pop-up window, or navigate to where you saved the file and double click to open and view the downloaded file.

If you've got a high-speed connection and can view Windows Media files, click on the screen image above for a 15 min. streaming audio-video overview of our 2004. Click on it even if you're not interested. It took me ~50 hours to create it :-). If the video starts and stops or you have other problems, click here for help.
